Charger Type

Level 1 chargers are typically found in residential homes and use standard 120-volt outlets. These chargers provide a slow charge and can take up to 8 hours or more to fully recharge a vehicle. Level 2 chargers are more powerful and use 240-volt outlets. These chargers can provide a full charge in 4-6 hours depending on the size of the battery and power output of the charger. Level 3 chargers, also known as DC Fast Chargers, are the most powerful type of charger and can provide a full charge in as little as 30 minutes.
Battery Size
